You can expect to see increases in your strength and power, overall mobility and stability, and of course, increases in your ability to perform the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
Each Outbreak Olympic Lifting class includes a specific warmup for that day’s exercises, followed by drills to develop technique in the lifts, heavier sets of the lifts or variations of the lifts, and some type of barbell conditioning work.
