CFO will be hosting a Free Mobility Workshop instructed by Dr. Richard Lambertson of Function Sports Therapy.

The 10 Essential Stretches every athlete should perform
How to perfect your Foam Rolling Technique
The Foundations of core strength and stability
There will also be a Q&A portion of the workshop to inquire with the doctor about any specific injuries or mobility restrictions you may have.
Dr. Richard Lambertson of Function Sports Therapy has extensive experience in the treatment and prevention of Crossfit, Body Building and MMA and related injury. Dr. Lambertson specializes in muscular and other soft tissue therapies aimed at restoring and/or increasing your mobility while decreasing pain, discomfort and post workout soreness.
