Our rowing program is great for a low impact sweat that mixes cardiovascular, muscular and respiratory stimuli in a simple yet effective workout. Rowing also taxes the posterior chain of the body which is often overlooked in many strength and conditioning programs.
What does the class look like?
A brief mobility warmup to loosen the necessary movement patterns. Depending on the day, the intervals will be either high or low intensity with light core/strength exercises sprinkled throughout. Cooldown included, you will be in and out in one hour!
