**POWER CLEAN** + JERK

We’ll start with 3 warm up sets and then get to 5 working sets of 3 reps each.

Warm Up:

3 – empty barbell

3 – 35% of 1RM (if you know it)

3 – 50%

Working Sets:

3 – 65%

3 – 70%

3 – 75%

3 – 80%

3 – 85%

Clean and Jerk (3-3-3-3-3)
