Back Squat (3 @ 70% of Training Max, 3 @ 80%, AMRAP @ 90%)
Training max = 90% 1RM

WOD (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOTM: for 8 minutes

5 Thrusters (95/65#)
5 pull ups

Measure is time last round completed.

Scale appropriately to complete a round within a minute.
If unable to finish the 5 thrusters and 5 pull ups in one minute then mark the round last finished, rest until the beginning of the next minute and continue until 8 min complete.
