25 Dumbbell Thrusters (40/20)
50 Box Jumps (24″20″)
75 Dumbbell Snatches (40/20) Alternate
100 Sit Ups
125 Double Unders

Partner A: Rows 250m on start of clock then every 10min.
Partner B: Rows 250m on 5th,15th 25th min.
