Warm up
5 reps @ 40% of 1RM
5 reps @ 50% of 1RM
3 reps @ 60% of 1RM

(Rest 3 -5 min between each working sets)
3 x 5 reps @ 65% of 1RM

WOD – ROUNDS AND REPS

4min AMRAP of:

10 Power Cleans (95/65)
8 Box Jumps
6 Burpee Pull-ups
[Rest 1 minute and repeat twice]
